YinYang Lotus Temple

Transport yourself to a Zen temple paradise in the Far East. At nine minutes long this track is lovingly made with the sounds of traditional Chinese and Japanese instruments such as the evocative sounds of the guqin, ancient traditional string instrument and the guzheng table harp and the pipa mandolin and sheng harmonica. Peppered throughout are the haunting sounds of the dizi, a collection of bamboo flutes which weave a magical story throughout. This enchanting instrumental soundscape is wonderful for slow body Qigong and breath work to raise the Chi energy. Culminating at the crown and the pinnacle of enlightenment, the image of the lotus flower.
