Using the latest musical global influences from around the world, Lizzie, producer and Barnaby Thorn, hugely talented music composer of Chakra Dancing 4, mix dance and upbeat electronic music at the root, sacral and solar plexus. A huge treat is the catchy signature heart track using the popular hang instrument as the focal point of this happy induced track. Coupled with a beautiful contemporary feel at the throat, third eye and crown reminiscent of the hugely successful ‘Cafe Del Mar’ era, this very ‘current’ sounding album takes you on a journey starting at the root and finishing at the crown. Each track is anywhere from seven to eight minutes long culminating in descending through the chakras with the Tibetan bowls to finally ground the body.

Review of Chakra Dancing 4 by Teacher of Chakra Dancing Julie Showering from Bristol
I absolutely love Chakra Dancing 4, the new album. The collaboration with Barnaby Thorn is absolute genius! Combining traditional with modern and almost futuristic sounds – I can’t stop listening to it! This album has much more of a flow/theme running through each of the tracks, which is brilliant.
The root chakra (Kiss the Earth) drums and earthy tones with aspects of the sacral in it is nicely paced.
The sacral (Amber Glow) is ultra-sexy with images of sensual belly dancing that takes you on a real journey.
The Solar Plexus (Liberation) is great for punching out all that negativity in your life but also has tones of hope and a positive future ahead, you just have to reach for it!
The Heart Chakra (Love Thyself & Others) I absolutely love the hang drum in this wonderful upbeat tune to spin and dance to – it’s an awesome track – again a really positive vibe in this one. With flavours of a modern India at the throat chakra (Power to the Voice), I just love this – enough said.
The Brow Chakra (Inner Vision) has a very modern and positive feel to it.
And last, but by no means least, the wonderful Crown Chakra (Oneness), beautiful and slow, perfect for stretching out after a great workout.
Well done Lizzie, Barnaby and anyone else who worked so hard on this. My Chakra Dancing Class love it!
