Chakra Dancing is a beautiful heart centred workout for the mind, body and soul for everyone who loves moving the body to great music, have fun and freely express their unique creativity. Music and movement have played an integral part in the wellbeing of the human psyche, and Chakra Dancing brings us home to our ‘roots’ honouring ourselves in self – expression, self – awareness, self – empowerment, freedom, liberation and happiness.
The five day in person practical training module is a wonderful cathartic experience which grounds the energy and releases stress and emotions that build up in the body, Chakra Dancing balances the seven energy centres situated along the spine, stimulating the natural flow of energy, or chi, through the chakras, the dance leads to physical and mental well-being, a workout for everybody from the inside out.
