"It is important to express ourselves
fully on all levels, as through this we can experience a wonderful sense of
freedom from our inhibitions. Elizabeth’s concept of Chakra Dancing enables
us all to do this in a very experiential way, whilst at the same time balancing
the energies of our bodies. Because of this, I have contributed drums, percussion,
flutes and voice to her new CD, which is perfect for Elizabeth’s work.
I mainly contributed to the Base and Throat Chakra tracks, and these are two
of the strongest aspects in myself, seeming to complement each other somehow.
For me, Base Chakra energy is linked directly to primal power, our ancestors,
and the pulse of all life, and the Throat Chakra is linked to the expression
of truth. Both are extremely important aspects in all of our lives, and I sincerely
hope that people enjoy both listening to and using these tracks."
